🧵 Order Processing & Fulfillment

Each item is made to order through our trusted production partner, Printful. This helps us reduce waste and ensure quality.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days

  • Fulfillment time: Additional 2–5 business days after processing

Note: During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Flat rate: $4.99

  • Free shipping: On all U.S. orders over $75

🌐 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Canada/Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Australia/NZ: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and items.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the package leaves the warehouse.

📫 Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but hasn’t arrived:

  • Double check your address and mailbox

  • Wait 48 hours in case of delayed delivery

  • Then email us at stonerflyofficial@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate

If an order is lost in transit, we’ll work with Printful to resend or refund where applicable.

💥 Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. StonerFly is not responsible for these charges.
Please check with your local customs office for more info.

🚫 Wrong Address or Returned Packages

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee replacements for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, but we’ll always try to help.
